“I’m really passionate about development and giving new joiners the best experience when starting at Newton. There is a lot to do and take on board in induction, and I think it’s important to know that perfection is not the expectation — we want you to be able to learn from getting things wrong or doing things differently, and then reflecting or talking through feedback. I hope that you also learn new ways of doing things, feel inspired by the work that Newton does and the people you’re around, feel excited to go and work with clients, and have fun along the way!”
